Another very popular service is our climate controlled piano storage. We have a building that we insulated and now heat and or dehumidify as the seasons change to keep it climate controlled for our piano storage service. We store all kinds of uprights and all sizes of grands. We can store for short stays or for longer needs. Some people are in between homes for different lengths of time. In general we charge for a move to and from. Prices of course vary depending on piano style and moving areas. We charge monthly fees for the storage. Call for your individual estimate for this need as each person’s needs differ.
Another service we offer is piano disposal. Everything comes to an end sometime. This also includes pianos. Sometimes even they get past their prime. When the piano is no longer in good condition on the outside and the inside is usually when they no longer work well. Some people spend the money for reconditioning the inside at a piano technician and the outside of the piano at a furniture refinisher. You can find some recommendations for these services at the end of our website. Sometimes people find the piano is not worth spending that amount of money on it and decide it is ready for disposal. That is what we can help with. Of course it doesn’t fit in a garbage can. So we take them away and send them to piano heaven.....not really only the local landfill.
